Professional Community Management, Inc. (“ProCom”) has been serving Maryland community associations since 1991. Our mission is to help our HOA communities be their best.

We accomplish this by assigning our managers a reasonable workload, providing them with real support from above and below, and through an industry-leading training and development program. We focus solely on HOA management rather than condominium, apartment, rental, or commercial property management. I would like to express our sincere admiration for the amazing efforts put in by the ProCom team this past year as we transitioned from our prior management company. Everyone at ProCom takes great pride in their work and has been dedicated in making every critical and non-critical project a great success. ProCom has been very professional and polite in their communication with the Board, and most importantly, our homeowners and residents.

Our community has been managed by ProCom for over 15 years. They know the governing documents and are quick to proactively communicate issues with the Board if and when they arise. I will miss working with everyone at ProCom, but I leave knowing that our association remains in good hands.

ProCom responds immediately to homeowner and Board requests. The Board packets are thorough and the management reports include the perfect amount of information, which helps the Board run efficient and effective meetings. I would highly recommend ProCom to any HOA in need of a management company.

We hired ProCom in 2015, and our Board has been very pleased with the high level of professional service we are now receiving. Our prior management company did not return calls with any consistency and never followed up. They rarely if ever prepared a Board packet, and it was frustrating having to deal with their corporate office – which was not local – for even the simplest of requests.
